Terms and Conditions Carefully for Very Important Details
By placing
your order with us, you are confirming that you have read and
understood the conditions and terms and agree to them.
Please save
your receipt for future reference to your dates/item purchased.
Note that all
orders are handled in the order they are received. We cannot
rush any particular order above another. If a problem or delay
occurs with your order we will contact you as soon as possible
to let you know the estimated time that the problem will be
corrected and will do work on the problem as quickly as
possible.
Our
Services/Refunds:
Basic
Signups - We Do Not Issue Refunds for delays in generating
signups on our basic services, these are generated as quickly as
possible, however, again we are not responsible for delays in
your signups beginning or the time it takes to fill the order.
You are guaranteed to receive the number you ordered.
We cannot be
responsible for downtime on websites, incorrect urls, or other
technical problems with your website. Please be sure to type
your url correctly before placing your order. Once your order is
in processing and in que, we cannot make changes or stop the
run.
Premium &
Exclusive Guaranteed Signups - Please note that it can take up to
as long as 10 days or longer for some orders to begin
distribution based on order size and other factors. As all our services
they are filled in order as to how they are received. NO refund
are given for delays in the signups starting.
After 24
hours of order placement, we cannot issue a refund as funds are
already distributed for generating the signups for your website.
Once our order is placed and processed we cannot change urls.
We cannot be
held responsible if you give an incorrect url, please be sure
you have typed your url in correctly. We are not responsible if
your program is double opt in, if your guaranteed signups do not
confirm for your double opt in. Meaning if your program that you
are directing signups to requests that they confirm or "double
opt in" by responding or clicking a link in an confirmation
email they receive from you in order to join or tour, we cannot
guarantee that they do so. Refunds are only issued pro-rated if
not received in 30 days.
Buy-Website-Traffic does not guarantee upgrades, responsiveness, or double opt
in confirmation for your program. For Best Results follow up
effectively over time and contact your prospects as with any
lead program or advertising.
With so many
of the programs incorporating automatic follow up campaigns, we
are finding many clients not wishing to receive summary
campaigns and not utilizing them when we issue them. We now will
send the summary campaigns only upon request.
Other:
With the Do
Not Call law, you the client understands that it is your
responsibility to scrub your leads against the Do Not Call List
prior to contacting your leads/signups. Failure to follow this
procedure my result in heavy fines. steeve-web.com will
not assume or accept any liability in this situation
steeve-web.com is in no way liable to replace duplicate
names in the clients database. A person may signup for similar
offers at different websites and at different times, and we
cannot be held responsible.
Due to the
nature of our service no refunds can be given after a order has
been processed.
In case your
program is declined for any reason after payment has been made,
your money will be refunded within 24 - 48 hours. We cannot
offer refunds for signups not received if your website shuts
down before your order is fulfilled, is being hacked or
experiences server problems as the signups are coming through
the system. Please make sure you are promoting a stable,
reliable program before placing your order.
It is beyond
our control and we are not responsible for things that happen at
your programs web site. If there is a problem with your programs
site or server because of the increased traffic it receives
during the promotion period, that is NOT our problem. You should
be sure that the site can deal with the increased volume of
visitors as your signups are being generated.
You must be
certain you send the correct URL for your program. We accept NO
responsibility if we send 100 or 5,000 new signups to someone
else. We cannot change the URL once the promotion begins. We
suggest you complete that portion of your order VERY carefully
and double check it when you are done. We will keep a copy of
your order in our records so that there is no confusion about
what you sent to us.
Please note:
steeve-web.com, is in no way responsible for incorrect
email addresses, bad phone#'s, etc... if you receive a bad
phone# on real time signups, they will be replaced.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to "police" the quality of the
information a signup is entering as with any type of internet
advertising.
If there is a
problem or question with your order, someone from our staff will
contact you promptly.
Client Agrees
to give steeve-web.com, leniency in fulfilling orders
in cases of server outages, connection issues, delays on ad
servers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Client
willing to give leniency in these issues for up to 4 days to
resolve problems and restart the fulfillment process of all
orders.
Always allow
up to 24 Hours for email response to your questions!
