Personalization Features

Personalize Outgoing Emails by Typing %fullname% to put Prospect's Full Name in the Body or Subject or by Typing %email% to put Prospect's Email Address in Body or Subject. Type the commands in Lowercase or the Personalization Feature will not work. This feature will work in the Follow-ups, Autoresponse, AND in the Manual Option ;-)

An Example of how you might do use this is:

Hello %fullname%, Your Email Address is %email%.

Follow-Up Timing

If you would like to Skip a Follow-Up Simply Leave the Text Area's Blank for that day and a Follow-Up will not be sent for that day. Remember to Click the "Update Info" Button after Making any Modifications to the Email Bodies and Subjects.

Note: Follow-Ups are sent at intervals set up during configuration for a total of 26 messages. This will give you the Ability to send up to 27 Total Messages Automatically (Including the AutoResponse).

Important Note: The mailing process can not be stopped one it has begun. If you get disconnected during the send process your letter will still be sent. Do not reload the success page or click the "Mail Prospects" button twice or multiple copies of your letter will be sent.

Import Feature
There are Two Ways to Import Prospects.

If you just have the Email Address of the Prospect, then Follow Option #1.

If you have both the Name and the Email Address of your Prospect, go for Option #2.

Note: You should Import no more than 100 Prospects at a time. This Program has Built in Error Checking so You can Easily Trace the Import Formatting Error if You Simply Follow This Rule. Even Following this Rule, you can easily Import 10,000 Addresses in about 30 minutes. This way, You'll know You're List is Imported Properly, even if it's Large.

Note: Imported Prospects won't receive an initial confirmation email to make your importing process smooth and to insure you retain 100% of your prospects ;)

Option #1 - Email Addresses only

Simply add each Email Address (one per line) to the box below then click on "Import Prospects". The email will be added to the Database and Each Prospect will take the Default Name of "Friend".

Here's how you Will Format the Email Addresses:

Please do not Separate Addresses with Commas or ANY Other Symbols.

Option # 2 - Name and Email Addresses

Use this Feature to Import Prospects in the Following Way:
name|email

The Pipe Symbol (|) is Usually Located on the Backslash which looks like (\) on your keyboard. Press Shift + Backslash to use it. NO Pipe Symbols should appear in your Name or Email Address, or the Script won't work Properly.

Here is an Example of the Proper Format for Importing Prospects:

Anti-Flame "Proof System"

If someone claims you are spamming them enter their email address here to get the IP from their original email. You may then compare it to the email they sent you... this will prove to your ISP or provider that you are not spamming them.

Note: This Anti-Flame System Won't Work if the Email Addresses are Imported, ONLY if They Subscribe.

Followup Reset System

This system allows you to re-start sending followups to prospects who are no longer getting them. This system can also be useful if you wish to change your content and start sending your prospects the followups based on your new content.
If you have a list of over 2,000 prospects the followups will be staggered to help keep server loads even. The staggering is done by splitting your list into 5 groups, each of which will start getting followups over the next 5 days.

Manual Propect Removal System

Simply add each email address (one per line) to the box below then click on "Remove Prospects". The prospect will be removed from the database.

Here's how you Will Format the Email Addresses:

List Of Prospects Currently In Your Database

This is a list of all the prospects in your database presented in alphabetical order. If your list is extremely large and the admin page is loading too slowly you may remove this feature.
