Q . How Long does it take
for the signups to start?
A . Depending on order load, it
may take up to 72 hours from the time we receive your payment
for your order to be processed and submitted. This is the first
step in processing your order - allow an additional 3 to 8
business days before your order has been edited and assigned its
first distribution into our system. Once your order queuing
begins, signups start almost immediately. PREMIUM SIGNUPS are
guaranteed within 30 days!

Q . What rate of signups can
I expect per day?
A . The daily rate of signups
for each order received depends on several factors: The number
of signups for that link, larger orders take longer to fulfill
The attractiveness and information of your site will also be a
factor. The number of targeting parameters the you request is
also a factor, the more targeted the order, the longer the order
takes to fulfill. The Average of daily signups is 5 to 20 per
day or more! NOTE: We do not promise, or guarantee any specific
signup rate per day!
Q . What does the GUARANTEE
cover?
A . We will find enough people
that wish to signup for your program /campaign - people that you
can contact through email - to fulfill your order - GUARANTEED!
Q. Can I expect Invalid
Signups?
A. The filtering (targeting) we
add to your order greatly reduces the percentage of invalid
signups. We have customers reporting a high percentage of our
signups upgrading after contacting the signups with their
welcome letters. Sometimes as high as 5%. By contacting your
signups via phone or email (as with any online campaign), you
will find an eager market and highly optimize your upgrade
percentages.
Q . Can I be accused of
spam?
A. Absolutely not! Your links
are not sent out or distributed to our members. All info.

Q. How are orders completed?
A. Your order is assigned extra
visits initially to compensate for those members that may not
join. If your program has a high signup per visit ratio, then
you will receive more signups than you ordered. On the other
hand, if your site has a poor member response, you may not
receive the signups you ordered, even with the extra visits.
Since we guarantee the signups that you ordered, we reassign
your link to additional members until your link has received at
least the signups that you ordered. If, after receiving member
visits for a period of time, your link stops receiving member
visits for over 7 days and you have not received all the signups
you ordered, simply email us with your signup figures and we
will assign your link(s) to more members after comparing your
figures against the number we show on our servers!
Q. What if the Email Address
is good, but the Mailing Address is bad?
A. From our research, this
happens because the New Affiliate is leery of your program, and
will correct their new account information once they become
comfortable with your program. Sometimes you will get a few New
SignUps that never intended to do anything. This is the nature
of Affiliate Programs. But, as previously mentioned, if your
PROGRAM proves itself to them, they will not only change to the
proper SignUp Information, but Upgrade as well. Please remember
while we do our best, people are constantly changing email
addresses, using addresses to filter emails, not checking email
which causes bounce backs for full mailboxes, etc...
Q. Are the leads I buy
offered incentives to Join?
A. In the case of our Basic
Signups, in most of these cases yes. Most businesses have a host
of valuable information hidden in their members area. When
paying for Hits & Visits you are never given the opportunity to
meet or communicate with any of the people who visit your
website unless they join, after a new member joins it gives you
the opportunity to communicate with them and offer them advice
and support, and show them exactly what your business is all
about, it also gives your business management the opportunity to
communicate with the prospective upgrades, which helps the
newcomer to understand your business which in turn helps them to
make a valued decision as to whether to UPGRADE.
Our PREMIUM, EXCLUSIVE,
REALTIME, AND PHONE VERIFIED SIGNUPS are not offered any
incentives to join. The only incentivized signups come from our
Basic Signups.
Q. Do you guarantee the
Upgrades?
No, we only guarantee you to
receive the number of "sign ups" or "pre-enrollees" that you
ordered. We cannot Guarantee the Upgrades, though upgrades do
happen. If you offer is good, your product, service, and support
is good, then a good % will upgrade. As you know, upgrades don't
necessarily happen right away, some are known to happen a few
weeks down the road. By contacting your signups and showing them
the benefits of upgrading ,and being helpful & supportive
towards them will definitely increase your upgrade percentages.

Q. How long do I have to
wait for my leads to start arriving?
Times vary. our priority is to
get the leads to you as quickly as possible, usually for small
orders within 6-8 business days..for larger orders obviously a
bit longer..it depends on the popularity of your company.
Remember new members make the decision to join or not, it is
entirely their choice, we keep sending until you have the
correct amount of leads.
Q. Are the leads Contactable
We require that our members use
their registered email address when joining, so this will
certainly help, though we cannot force them to communicate with
you if they choose not to
Q. What about Double
Opt-ins, and Opt-outs? My program requires a double opt in email
confirmation.
We cannot guarantee that your
signups will DOUBLE OPT INTO your program. So if your program
has a double opt in sign-up procedure, its up to you to email
the prospect to get them to join your program! We are not
responsible for signups who either opt out or do not confirm
their interest via double opt in methods. For Double Opt In
Programs, we have a high 75 to 80% success rate of double OPT IN
signups and very few opt outs.
Q. My Website was down -
where are my signups?
We are not responsible for
member counts being off if your site has been inoperative and
signups cannot be redirected to a different URL (for any
reason).
Last:
We cannot stress enough the
importance of FOLLOWING UP to your New Pre-Enrollee and
WELCOMING THEM to your Program and offering your support, no
matter what Mailing Address or Name they may use. You may be
amazed at the outcome! Please do not rely on signups as a
"magic bullet".
